What happened last night?

DP had a flaccid penis whilst I was giving him oral.

Strangly, I could hear he was close to orgasm, so kept going. During his moaning, his penis became a semi.

As he ejaculated, and in the moments after, his semi turned into a full erection.

In my 30+ years of having sex, this has never happened to me.

I've been with DP 18 months, and ED is a very common occurrence, hence why I was happy giving oral on a flaccid penis. He's told me he still enjoys it.

So what on earth happened? Why did the erection come after the ejaculation? I've never heard of this or experienced it.

Hmmmm, I’m trying to work out a reason, although knowing an awful lot about ED I can’t figure this one out.

Firstly, a man doesn’t have to be erect to have an orgasm.

The only thing I can think of is mentally he relaxed , which may have opened up his corpus cavernsosa ( where the blood goes in the penis ) which is especially likely if his ED is more psychological.

Does he take PDE5’s like Viagra or cialis? This may be another reason, but less likely.

Did you proceed to PIV? How long did his erection last? Was he still horny after he orgasmed?

Thanks @Smithey588

He occasionally uses pills, but didn't last night. We'd just had piv (with a full erection). I orgasmed. I then took a breather, and his erection disappeared inside me.

I then moved to go down on him. That all happened.

He kept his erection for a few minutes after, but wasn't horny. He only wanted to cuddle post orgasm.

Does that help the understanding anymore? Thanks for the direction so far.

Don’t take this the wrong way,but in my experience, if he ‘occasionally’ takes pills he will almost certainly always take them, he just may not always be truthful about it for fear of embarrassment. But this is neither here nor there.

Pills don’t make an erection last longer so the fact that his erection disappeared after you orgasmed isn’t unusual. You may even find he also finished but he didn’t make it obvious.

PDE5’s don’t make a man hornier, their primary use is to open up blood vessels in the penis so more blood flows in. When I took them, like most men, I lost all sexual desire after I orgasmed but my refractory period was much shorter and all I needed was some form of sexual stimulation to get me going again.

The refractory period in your case was possibly in between you giving him a blowjob and him cumming.

it’s an unusual scenario, but not out of the realms of possibility and I really wouldn’t look too much into it.

I also wouldn’t question when or how often he takes pills, having been there myself , it’s not a nice position to be in and if they work then just go with the flow.

Ha ha!! There's no way his refractory period was my 2 minute breather. He definitely didn't orgasm inside me.

And he's not taking pills all the time - the way the conversation unfolded afterwards last night made it clear he wasn't. So I believe him when he said he didn't have one last night.

Understanding is really important to me, so I shall continue on my hunt to try to find an answer as to why things happened in this order.

Thanks again for the pointers.
