I am happily married and sex life is good. However I find myself a lot of time just wanting to ‘sort myself out’ a lot of the time and I have come to realise this is daily.

I was speaking with a close friend who was saying it’s more like every other week for her. I’m feeling like some sort of sex pest now!

As literally the only person concerned is you, surely it’s completely irrelevant how often anyone else does? ‘Sex pest’ implies bothering someone else for sex. Being a masturbatory sex pest is a contradiction in terms.

I don't. When my FWB isn't away (works FIFO), then he is on tap. I don't have a really high libido like those in peri or some other women do and my arousal frequency is generally influenced by cycle and mood. Most weeks he is away I am zen and wait it out easily. Other weeks I might go out seeking a ONS or hit up a previous one. I know a colleague is super keen on me, so a possible 'break glass in case of emergency' scenario.... but that hasn't been necessary and I have learnt (the hard way) that its not a wise choice to eat where you shit.
