Sore throat after oral with partner

I've had it on and off for 2 weeks now. GP said no infection and gave me a spray (Difflon) and didn't saw it. I couldn't tell them what had likely caused it!

Now I'm panicking, I was a little enthusiast that's evening and he went quite deep but now I'm worried incase it's an Std or something 😬 We've been together 3.5 years and had nothing like this before.

Anyone similar?😬

Probably just bruised. Hope it feels better soon.

Are you concerned that he may have passed you something?

I certainly hope he hasn't! I just thought it would have cleared by now. It became sore the following day and hasn't shifted.

Have you tested for covid? Lots of it about. The timing might just be a coincidence.
