Anyone else on the implant had this?

So I got my implant back in January 2023 had no periods the odd bleed but nothing like normal. This is my 2nd implant never had any issues up until about 5 months ago ... now everytime I sleep with my partner the morning or day after I come on and I bleed heavy for 7-10 days my normal period finished after 5 but this is heavy heavy we don't sleep with each other alot maybe like every other week and it's not crazy or rough or anything like that but this is now making me not want to sleep with him at all any one else I'm not sure what to do

Id recommend going to your doctor/gynecologist and see what they say it might simply be a case of the implant beginning to run low as when I was on it I'd have no periods for about two years then the last year I'd begin getting periods again
