For play and being ‘full’ or not

Can’t think of a better group to ask this random question, but wondering if this happens to anyone else. During for play my partner will always have a good feel/play with my balls, but it has become a pattern now she will make a comment on how ‘full’ she thinks I am.

So if my balls feel really big, she takes that as I haven’t wanked for ages so must really want her now, if she thinks they feel empty then I must have wanked recently, thus I’m less interested in sex with her.

Of course this isn’t always the case, but just wondering from other chaps, do your balls sometimes feel empty even if you haven’t released for a while? And females, does it really make you feel more special if you think you’re partner hasn’t released and is saving himself for you?

It doesn’t matter hugely really unless it makes him less interested. I do like the feel when there is a lot of cum as it does make me feel like he has been very aroused. What tends to dictate it are two things. First, when he last came and the second is how aroused and particularly how long have we been playing and having sex before he came.

it does matter as much to him how much he ejaculates as he likes knowing that “he has filled me up” is the best way of describing it. I can’t tell though how full his balls are if I’m honest. I do prefer feeling that they are tight as opposed to very loose.

Well I'm certainly with your girlf on feeling and "playing" with his balls (some boyfs love it, some have told me off!). But I've rarely thought about how "full" they are. I like big tight ones better than the loose ones some boys seem to have.

Sadcafe · 03/08/2025 13:34

Sure it’s a nice part of foreplay, but don’t think there’s any actual evidence that they are bigger if full, or vice versa

Gymbunny2025 · 03/08/2025 14:24

Possibly in my head but yes sometimes I do think they look/feel full (slightly bigger). And that is linked for it being a huge turn on for me if they are (meaning he has saved himself for me for a few days). I guess I’m similar to your partner?

Well yes, isn’t that obvious?

Ah sounds like it, I’ll just keep going with the flow then

Well thanks to this thread, I learned something new today! I didn’t realise that’s where it is all stored, I thought it was in tubes up near the prostate for some reason and never really thought about it until now.

Balls change shape due to lots of reasons temperature etc (I don’t have any so what would I know!) and I never really thought about it, but will investigate further and will report back to you. 😁

Semen, which contains sperm cells, is stored in the epididymis (tubes above and behind the testes) and seminal vesicles. Sperm is manufactured in the testes and then travels to the epididymis for storage and maturation. The seminal vesicles store the majority of the fluid that makes up semen. The sperm content within semen typically accounts for less than 1% of volume. When ejaculation occurs, the sperm and seminal fluid are propelled through the vas deferens and ejaculatory ducts, mixing with prostate fluid to form semen, which is then expelled. Unused sperm gets reabsorbed rather than increases the overall volume. There is little evidence that less ejaculation leads to larger or heavier testes. Testes are solid and have no empty space to store sperm - they are purely manufacturing entities.

@CestLaVieYouSee @3luckystars

Balls do not "store" semen/sperm. There must be books on the subject detail!

weathervane1 · 07/08/2025 15:18

@Thelittleweasel it should be obvious really otherwise if I haven't cum for a few weeks, I'd need a wheelbarrow to cart them around or have to walk around them like John Wayne getting off his horse. Ditto athletes who abstain before a major event - do they need a larger jock strap? What about porn stars who can shoot huge amounts over long distances - do they have massive balls? Nope to all of these. As you said, you'd think this was better known or researched.

CestLaVieYouSee · 07/08/2025 20:05

Well I can tell you for a fact, balls do feel more ‘full’ before and after 🙌🏼

one explanation for the sensation of heavier testicles before orgasm is likely due to "epididymal hypertension" which occurs when blood flow increases to the testicles and surrounding structures during sexual arousal, causing a feeling of fullness or heaviness. The sensation usually goes away with ejaculation or when arousal subsides - in other words, if you don't ejaculate, the blood flow will eventually decrease and your balls should "feel" lighter despite no semen being expelled.

weathervane1 · 08/08/2025 18:42

Thanks to all of you have sent me PMs. You're all correct. The OP's balls are full of semen and they weigh more. My apologies for thinking that facts might help. Please forgive me... I need to walk to the far side of the earth and hope that o don't fall over the edge.
