first time sex with new partner

Hi,
Does it really matter if the sex is just ok the first time with a new partner. Like one could be shy, or one could have nerves or what ever. But you really love this person, thus does it matter the first few times, until you both get easy with each other and start to know each other.
More for women if they guy is a little shy, but still very passionate, loving, and loves to do whatever you want, and loves going down.

First time can always feel a bit clumsy. First time I had sex with guy i’m seeing (casually) didn’t set the world on fire, but by 2nd or 3rd time it was amazing. You need to learn what each other like or don’t like. If he is a little shy, and you’re not, ask him what he likes. He might open up to you. I feel more sexually liberated than ever with my guy as he is pretty open and confident, and asks me questions about what I like etc. I have never really had that before. Not during sex, but when we are lying in bed etc.

@Zanatdy You make a valid point. @ggggggghh When I was young and inexperienced I was driven by hormones. But as I grew older I learnt how to give pleasure to my lady. She often said sex was the cement which kept us together, we had a good sex life into our seventies, don’t say uck đŸ˜•. She passed away last year. Since then I have found a new partner/lover and my experience has been invaluable. Just remember with age comes experience.

No, it’s normal.

What matters is not having unrealistic expectations about sex with a new partner. Just relax and enjoy the experience…

It’s not the meh! Sex that can be an issue, but the inability to discuss it and improve.
