As a highly active person, this would occupy too much of my time. Also this has to be impossible as a parent of younger kids. Norm for us is probably 40 mins, or if too many Friday wines probably 1hr max

I know what you mean about young kids @yorkshireteabagman. I think I’ve said before we are in a fortunate position to book in daytime dates. Sometimes we go for a 2 hour run. But if we were spending 2 hours in bed I’d definitely want half of that to be chatting and snuggling. 1 hour of foreplay/sex is probably my ideal!

The longest I’ve had is three hours but I wouldn’t want that all the time - an hour at most is ideal for day to day.

I love sex, but an hour or so at a time is enough… happy to go back for another round or two later that day though if tihere’s time!

And even in that hour, there’s different tempos with some snuggling and gentler touching. It’s not an hour of full on shagging - sex is often very energetic but it isn’t some extreme workout designed to break you physically.

Waking to early morning intimacy, then lying in bed snuggling, chatting, reading the Sunday papers (used to arrive Sat eve in London), one of us make the tea, back to bed, snuggle and gently play together…..how longs a piece of string?

Even these days it’s still a treat to just drift romantically through a day before reality arrives inevitably…..x

I think there are 2 different types of people in the world. Staying in bed all morning reading the paper is my ideal of hell 🙈😂. I’m up early at the gym on a Sunday morning! Then a cup of tea when I get home!

I’ve done the 5am run, 6am gym lifestyle….but interspersed with more relaxed moments….. maybe not so much different people then, maybe just different phases in life ….. who knows 🤷‍♂️

An hour would be enough for me. Guy i’m currently having sex with (guy a FWB with potential for more) can go for ages, but he edges, so he will stop for 5 mins or so, change up what we are doing. We did have actual sex for 90 mins last year, I was quite drunk but I do remember enjoying it. But I do feel quite sore after that long (thankfully he is average size and not bigger). I think involve some toys / other stuff happy with a few hours (we aren’t at that stage yet, but probably make a few purchases soon)

Maybe an hour tops if you're factoring in a massage and extensive foreplay. Intercourse tends to only last a few mins. My DH says I'm tight and he enjoys the feel so will finish pretty quickly. That's enough for me as I tend to orgasm quickly and even more so after lots of orgasmic foreplay.

No not all day. Several times in the one day, yes but not non stop for hours and definitely no ‘snuggling’ for me either.
