Thoughts on Penis Piercings?

My husband has wanted to get a prince albert piercing for while and now and almost got it done earlier this year but chickened out. He's booked to get it done this weekend now. I've looked at them with him and am definitely supportive of him getting it done and just wondering if anyone else's partner has one or any information or experience with this piercing?

I guess a big point to think about is whether you have any metalwork that might interact with what he has done.

I find them disgusting. I wouldn't have sex with someone who had one. That's just my opinion though, each to their own.

My husband had his done years ago ,him and a mate done it as a dare.He took it out after a few years I can’t actually remember why.Sex was good with it in good orgasms. The only problems are blow jobs ,you gotta mind you’re teeth.

I also had one for a few years I found it could be uncomfortable when it rubs your urethra but looks awesome in my opinion.

And yet the title said " thoughts on penis piercings". If you have one, it's not a personal dig towards you, just my opinion that I am allowed to have. My comments has 9 positive reactions so I'm not alone in that opinion. And how do you know that I don't have past negative experience with one that I'm not discussing here?

Thanks. Ironic that in that poster's haste to tell me off they haven't given their own opinion on pierced penises.

Hubby has talked about, the only thing that put him off is having to refrain from sex while it heals.

Assuming you're talking about a PA, I was told by a piercer that, ultimately, they tend to migrate, so at some point, your DH could end up with a bisected glans.
(Personally, I think they look fantastic, though I've no first-hand experience ... if you know what I mean 😉)

Well update, my hubby did get it done last weekend! He seems very happy with it so far although it will obviously be healing for some weeks now.

You conspicuously haven't said whether you think it looks good.

Apologies for that! I must say that I actually really like the look of it and think it looks good on him. I'm sure he will try different jewelry in it in the future.

He was advised that initial healing is 8-12 weeks and to be extra careful for the first 2 weeks which it will be this weekend. He has been getting really horny the last few days as it has been over 2 weeks now since he last came! I don't know how long he will be able to go but he is trying to wait as long as possible to be careful with it.
