Does anyone else bloody love condoms?

Just came back from holiday with DH, first without kids. Obviously planned to get close , I have an IUD, so we usually go “au naturale” I’m not keen on wet patches, and I didn’t know if they were going to change bedding , towels, etc
so I packed a box of durex invisible, I didn’t tell him.
Anyhow so much easier less mess and I couldn’t really tell the difference, and so no wearing pantie liners all bloody day
I felt a little mean to DH, but he said he didn’t mind so long as it wasn’t all the time
bloody relevation, does anyone else use condoms on holiday

I agree they save all the mess and clearing up. There is a stigma about using them but they were the original form of contraception and they still good for both partners as they "come" in all shapes and sizes!

Every time we’ve used condoms on holiday it’s ended up splitting and Us running to pharmacy for the morning after pill. Went away last month for a week, I would just ask for the bed to be changed every other day or so. But I’m coming off the pill after our next hol in August and then I’m coming off pill as getting old for it ( I’ve brought a morning after pill to keep at home) or wherever we go, in case it happens again!

It's a long time since I've worn a condom, but I bloody love them, for one simple reason:

If I'm wearing a condom, I'm about to have sex! 🎉

Sounds like user error. Never had one fail in 20 years.

I don't use them anymore as I'm sterilised but I always preferred them over other forms of contraception in the past. I've never used anything else. l prefer sex without them but the plus side of them was nothing leaking out afterwards.

They are 98% effective so if this was happening regularly you either weren't using them properly or you used low quality/ expired condoms.

Myself and my wife use a brand called skyn. They’re the best I’ve used.

It happened once a year for two year on a row We know how to use condoms. My partner is very well endowed and even with king size ones it did happen 1 in 100 times a year.

Nooo…hate them. Both of us. Don’t need to use them fortunately.

Always use them. Always carry some (but DO NOT let any date know in advance!).

Yes this is what we were using and will start using again soon, as I’m coming off the pill after our holidays!

They help to prevent contracting HPV virus which can cause cervical cancer.

Hate them. Absolutely hate them.

I prefer the feeling of not using them but totally agree about the lack of mess! OH keeps talking about getting a vasectomy and part of me just keeps thinking it's so much less messy if we stick to condoms ;)

I'm amazed you need to ask, it's not really a typically female viewpoint on this topic.

I prefer sex without a condom as I love messy sex and happily rip off the bed sheets for washing if I’ve had an incredible orgasm! It’s always a good sign if sheets were put on the night before now need a change!

Personally don’t mind, current partner prefers without, previous partner the same, she actually said “you not going to use one those are you “ , when I pulled one out for the 1st time

That's certainly true, but I was quite emphatic.

For sexual health, I bloody live them.
For contraception, they're ok, but I've had them split more than once.
For just good sex, I bloody love the wet patch.
