Biting nipples - should it be so painful?

My partner likes to bite my nipples but one of them always really hurts for days after. I love it at the time but it's a pain, literally, afterwards. Can biting cause lasting damage?

Yes there can be lasting damage and infections. Is your skin broken?

Even if it doesnt it can damage sensations

It’s painful because the body is telling you it’s not good. My late mother’s guiding words to sister and l when it comes to sex was “if something isn’t making you feel nice, stop doing it”. It’s your choice, pain and possible infection and visit to the doctor or tell him no!

I’m relaxed about who sees my body but l for one would not want to remove my bra to show a doctor a bitten nipple.

Even if it's not lasting damage, sex shouldn't cause pain afterwards (unless you want it to).
Tell him no.

He shouldn’t be biting that hard and it needs to stop. He wouldn’t like it if you were biting his penis. Pleasing a partner in bed should have limits. I hope you feel better soon.

Op can you feel anything different on that side than the other. Ie any lumps or anything?

It could just be one side is more sensitive than the other and he needs to be more gentle, or it could be something. It's a bit embarrassing wandering into the GP with a sex story, 😳 so I'd maybe say it seems more tender.

I don't mean to scare you but I've heard of two people recently who found tumours because of unusual pain.
One was a friend of a friend who got bashed in the penis by the family dog and it was unusually painful.
The other was a guy on the radio who got hit in the stomach with a ball.

I think i may know what you mean OP as my DH only bites fairly gently but it also feels really sore for days after even though it feels good at the time, I have no helpful advice why although do you wear a bra a lot eg to sleep in? I do, & have v sensitive boobs in general so just figured they probably aren't used to it!!
