A very odd thing to ask I know. A friend's been communicating with a man online - she met him on a local forum for gardening! He's going to send her pictures of himself in pull-ups. No, there is no link to paedophilia. It is a kink or fetish in which someone gets pleasure from being treated like a child or baby. It doesn't mean they are attracted to children.
