Painful orgasms after D&C

Anyone experienced painful orgasms after D&C? It’s like a hot cramp deep inside.

I’ve been tested for infection and there isn’t any.
this whole thing has been awful and now I feel like I can’t even enjoy myself with my husband.

I guess maybe, the tightening and muscle spasms during orgasm might be causing stress on scar tissue. Hopefully time will help.
