Fairly new to toys

Last year I bought my first ever toy for my own personal use. 32 years old and I'd always been raised to feel wrong for even so much as touching that area but managed to get the confidence last year to start trying out toys. I'm looking at getting a Rose Lix toy from Ann summers. This is my first toy of this kind too so would like some advice from anyone who has perhaps used this. I feel silly asking this but still feel inexperienced in this. I keep toys for myself as my DP has no interest in toys but that's not a problem as we have no need of them when together.

The Satisfyer Pro 2 clit sucker is by far one of the best toys on the market. About £27 from Amazon. I would imagine it's preferable to the Lix. The Pipedream, which is similar to the Lix wasnt over Whelming!

I would check Amazon as similar products are much cheaper.

Thanks for the recommendation but as I still live at home till me and my boyfriend get a place together I don't really want to order in my toys as I don't want my mum knowing I have them (I use when she's in work and I'm able to be alone). She always asks what I've ordered when I get deliveries and don't want to risk it arriving while she's home. I will be going to the Cardiff store next week while me and a friend are there for a few nights as a girly weekend away so I do have the funds at least for the Ann summers one 🙂

I'm not a fan of the suction type of toys. I had the Satisfyer Pro 2 found it unreliable. It took too long to make me come, if at all during a session, and when they did it was intense, bordering on unpleasant. I much prefer a traditional style of vibrator as they've never let me down. But you might love it. There are so many types out there, finding the perfect one for you might take time.

I can't seem to get anywhere by my hand (totally different story by my DPs hand 😂) but I have better luck with the very basic vibrator I have. The toy in question I am getting is one that simulates a tongue licking action as I really enjoy oral so will be curious how it will compare

There's one called the Pebble in Ann Summers that flickers like a tongue. Not tried it as it's not my thing but could be an option for you.

Try and get hold of a magic Wand. Delightful device. Your partner might not be curious, but sometimes, It pays to be curious.

Completely missing the point of thread, but you could always get something delivered to an Amazon locker or store if privacy is an issue.
