Groped in the pub last night should I report

While watching England in the pub last night I felt someone grope my arse, I saw a group of guys laughing in the corner, I felt really sick about the whole thing, should I report it?

No

Would reporting add to your distress as reporting to anyone is unlikely to help you. Essentially nothing will happen.

I'd approach the venue, see what CCTV they have and then decide whether to report the assault.

This happened to my other half’s daughter a while back. Very busy place and she was with a fairly large group at the time queuing for the bar. Spun round quickly but couldn’t determine who it was.
Didn’t report but just doesn’t go to that pub anymore.

I'd report it to the venue. They might have CCTV. If nothing else, it makes them aware of the criminal behaviour on their premises.

You would have had more luck reporting at the time but I think you should make the pub aware as they might be regulars. I wish I had done more about being felt up almost every time I went out drinking in my late teens/20s.
It makes me sick how some men think that it's acceptable to put their hands on you in this way just because you're out dressed up and drinking alcohol. They wouldn't do it in the street during the day, so why do they think it's OK in the pub?

I don't see reporting it will help at all.

Give them a stinking Trip Advisor review explaining what happened. If it costs them customers they'll keep an eye out in future.

So don't report it because you don't think it will do any good and then give them a shit review for not doing something about something they didn't know about.

Give them a shit review because it's a place where customers get groped and future customers might want to know.

I assumed "reporting it" meant to the Police. I can't see the point in that unless the OP can ID the perp. If it means to the staff then yes, report it so they can keep an eye out in future.
