I think it is better that he goes off to do this instead of sulking, but maybe it would be better if he wasn't doing it secretly, it's just a bit sketchy.

My DP admitted to me the other morning that he woke through the night in the mood, tried to wake me but I was out for the count, so he wanked next to me instead.

I found it a massive turn on rather then be annoyed by it.

dp does it next to me in the bed, if I’m not in the mood and he is, I’m not denying him any chance to get off… I’ve never seen a problem with this…
