How often do you indulge in passionate snogging?

Just wondering how often you all just snog your OH for the sake of a snog without the expectation of sex. We snog every day without fail, mostly with tongues. Do you snog with or without tongues, and how regularly?

Kisses are something I have a bit of a mental block with. I'm a former SW and it has had an effect on my ability to have intimacy in general, I struggle to stop clicking into work mode anytime I do anything even vaguely sexual.

Every time we have sex and sometimes I'll just grab him and snog him in the kitchen when he's been at work and not seen him all day. When he's kissing me goodbye or goodnight it's usually just a kiss on the lips.

Weirdly I find I click into that mode giving oral to my husband but not kissing. Have you ever had counselling or emdr?

You can't beat a deep French kiss imo. Hate the word snog tho!

We don’t snog as often as I’d like but every time we have sex which is at least 3 times a week .. we kiss a lot during the day and before bed ( if we aren’t going to have sex) but it’s usually long kisses and cuddles and caresses! How long have you been with your partner? We used to snog every time we said goodbye up to 2 years into our relationship when we saw each other less. But it’s all good as he’s very tactile which I love ❤️

We've been together two and a half years, and we're still all over each other at every opportunity. Definitely tongues down each others throats rather than at each others throats. Just now my OH has left for work, and we had a full on snogging session in the hallway, tongues and everything. This happens every morning when we part and I love it, don't see it stopping any time soon.

In the process of therapy but it's a slow journey.

We're pretty much the same OP after 13 years. Full on kissing with tongues and tons of passion. I can't imagine kissing any other way.

That's the only way, surely? I can't kiss without my tongue getting involved. It's either a peck or a full on tonguey snog.

Never! Don't even peck goodbye or goodnight. Together 12 years.

@milkonesugar35 are you ok with this or do you miss it? I know everyone is different and some couples are happily less physical than others.

I'm use to it now so it's fine. I have a very low libido but I know dh would prefer to. Last dtd in September. Thankfully he doesn't pressure me at all and understands it's how I feel.

@milkonesugar35 its good your husband is understanding and there is no tension.

Only during sex which is about three times a year! Feel revolted afterwards though! Been together too long romance dead!

We have been together over three decades and still have an amazing sex life but kissing is more of a quick kiss.

I only see DP every fortnight so there tends to be lots of passion when we meet. I had 20 years of ex-DH never kissing me so proper snogging is important to me.

@Wheels1928 i thought I would surprise him with some new lingerie so I went upstairs and got changed and sent him a whats app to come upstairs … lots of passionate kissing and great sex … no children at home this weekend as at respective Ex Dps so it was a very good night 😅 I cannot imagine life without this sort of connection and love really. Was in a marriage that was dead for years before this so I can relate to some of the women on here that feel disgusted at thought of contact with dp / dh.

We are the same as you Op. Passionate kissing every day, whether sex is involved or not. We are 54 & 51, and have been together for over 15 years. He is the best kisser ever, and he says the same about me. He often says I must have been to the University of Kissimee 😁
