We were very open about our IVF and I’ve had some interesting discussions with fellow chaps about their experiences of giving samples.

For some it is a really difficult experience. Personally I had no problem with it. My biggest fear was not hitting the jar for fear of cocking up my only job but practice makes perfect 👌.

I went to two centres one with a grubby draw of 80s magazine in an old NHS building and one with a plush flat screen and headphones with a dentist style chair so there will be material available without needing his phone. I quite like the retro vibe of the NHS and a full bush it appeared.
