I’ve seen this board referred to as ‘our side’ of mumsnet by the sex board posters, so some of them seem to think they own this board.

As I said in my earlier post, that was deleted, I am happy to identify as a 'fun sponge' if that means I'm going to call out those who seem to think MN is an appropriate place for posters looking for sex chat and hook-ups.

Not really sure why that would make me - or anyone else who objects - 'self righteous' 'small minded' or 'intolerant'. Why should we tolerate such threads/posts? Mumsnet isn't a hook-up site! And I find it weird that so many men would join Mumsnet for that reason. (Other than the fact that there is, presumably, a ready 'pool' of women to target... )

it was quite sweet as a lot of very young people with just not that much experience or knowledge
and a lot of people seeing things that came from porn , both death grip issues and again innocence and lack of experience
