Could I be pregnant after one night stand?

i am in another country at the moment, haven’t had sex for a very long time. Cut long story short, I got blind drunk and ended up having unprotected sex - there was no way I could get morning after pill in location I am in, it’s extremely isolated and yeah I won’t go into details as I’ve posted here before and don’t want to give away my identity. After many, many strong drinks everything happened so fast, he came inside me, condoms were on neither of our minds.

so I track my cycle and I looked and I ovulated on day 13 of a cycle that is on average between 25 and 27 days long. Have I escaped pregnancy? Is it a strong or low possibility to ovulate at this time in my cycle?

if someone could let me know that would be great. I’m stressed, upset, been tearing myself apart, I know I’m an idiot so I don’t need to be told that. Thank you.

There are lots of ovulation calculators online but they’re not always accurate as some women can ovulate at different points in their cycles, unless you have an ovulation kit where you definitely know you’ve ovulated at that time?
Test as soon as your period is due, you’re still at the early stages if you did fall pregnant and want to do something about it. Also arrange for an STD test when you get home.

Of course you could be pregnant .

Day 13 is around the middle of cycle so yes you could be pregnant.

You ovulated on day 13, your cycles are 25 to 27 days, but what day of your cycle are you on? I don’t think your OP gives that information.

Regardless, I would never completely trust tracking cycles, sometimes you can ovulate earlier or later (or not at all) and have a longer or shorter cycle. If you can’t get the MAP, you will have to wait to test.

OP is upset and stressed. It doesn’t sound like a pregnancy would necessarily be a good thing for her. If OP is pregnant, she can hopefully choose termination if that is her preference. So bugger off with your thinly veiled pro life/forced birthed nonsense. 🙄

Fairly impossible for anyone here to tell you if you are pregnant or not, despite you wishing with all your heart that we could tell you what you so need to hear. If if we did tell you that, it wouldn't necessarily make it true would it.

The only truth is that yes, you could indeed be pregnant. And yes, you could indeed have an STI. You already know both of these things. Unless you are in an ultra-conservative country, you should be able to get the morning after pill from a local chemist. You will certainly be able to get a pregnancy test kit, although it might be a little early to tell. In any case, you know what you need to do when you return home.

You ovulate 14 days before the start of the next cycle, which for what you've said, would be around day 11-13.

If you had unprotected sex on day 13, you're at fertile stage.

Obviously it's not a dead cert, but there is a reasonable probability.

Do a pregnancy test on the date of your next period... This will still be early, so if you get a negative result, repeat a week later.

Yes you could be, but I also got pregnant the first time two days after the end of my period. It unfortunately can happen anytime. Only way to know is to get a pregnancy test, and an STI test at your local sexual health clinic would be a good idea too x

Also you need to factor in sperm can survive up to about 5 days.

Yes day 13 is a highly likely day to get pregnant
so do a test asap !
