Ive not had sex for a long time. But didn't know where else to put this. Have had this rash? Welts? Pic attached

I'd book an appointment with your GP. No one here can tell you. It needs a close examination.

I agree with PP. Chuck some sudocreme on it and, if it's not cleared up by Monday, see your GP.

Looks like your knickers/trousers have been rubbing your inner thighs.

All we can really tell is that the skin is inflamed. Anything about the cause at this stage is just speculation. I've occasionally had something similar which has been provoked by my clothes rubbing and/or thighs rubbing together in hot weather when I'm a bit sweaty. Yes, as above, if it doesn't seem to be getting better with home remedies after a day or two, the GP is the next port of call.

##update## GP suggested dermatitis and prescribed cream. If no improvement go back in a week or so. I can't understand why they suggested probably caused by friction, i wear nothing but shorts/ leggings/ dresses? Another strange thing, ive bern aiming to get fitter/ lose weight so have been fasting and doing left lifts ( have hip and back issues so sticking to floor based exercise) yet my clothes are getting tighter!!!
