After sex feelings

I use to feel like hugging and cuddling my DH after sex & the feeling that I love him so much

But for the past few weeks, the feeling that I get after the do is flat, is like I do not have any feeling for him at all and I don't know why and can comprehend it at all is like it just an act with no emotions attached at all.

I cant comprehend it or understand why and wondering if there might an explanation for this

We both work from home and hardly go out except for shopping and run a few errands together or sometimes he goes by himself near by

Maybe you are spending too much time together? Getting bored of him being around permanently?

I am 40 & he is 44

Has anything else changed?

Not feeling flat about anything else?

Has he noticed or are you still going through the motions of post sex cuddles and just not feeling it? Is he annoying you? Seeing too much of each other?

You're still intimate. Is it that you're not satisfied and maybe need to encourage him to spend a little more time focussing on your needs?

@Zanatdy He hasn't noticed or maybe he hasn't not mentioned anything but then he sometimes does not cuddle anyway but is just the feeling of emptiness and total lack of emotions on my part which was never like that.

Maybe I have just mentally had enough of seeing him everyday or the fact that he sometimes he does not cuddle in the past even when I feel like it
So perhaps I am just fed with that or maybe no longer in love with him & he is just that I am use to him as he is familiar
I am so confused

@Biggyfoot is not that I am not satisfied is just the complete lack of emotion like before. Before now, I would wanna hug him & hold him tight but not anymore these days
