DP and I are hoping to go on a Greek Islands holiday next Spring. Basically we'd really like to go somewhere where there's a lovely clothes-free beach option.

We went naked at the nude end of a beach in France on holiday years ago and really enjoyed it. It felt so freeing and natural, but have never really had the opportunity since. I don't know if bare beach options are available on some Greek Islands but not on others. Does anyone have knowledge/recommendations?

Whilst myself and wife are not nudists ourselves we spent some time on Skopelos on holidays earlier this year and we're aware of at least a couple of nudist beaches there. It's a lovely island, not as heavily touristed as others but doesn't have airport and you need to take ferry over from Skiathos where nearest airport is. Good luck!

There is or was a Captain Barefoot website that reviews Greek clothes optional beaches. May be worth looking at if it still exists.

Magic beach, Kos.

There are loungers near to the parking area but we chose to walk about 100 meters away where there were less people and no loungers.

It's one of my favourite beaches on Kos.

Currently sat in a naturist site in the UK, as a place to get some lovely peace and quiet to do some work. Well done both of you. We found naturism 9 years ago and haven't looked back. The most peaceful holidays we've ever had, and met some of the kindest and respectful people too.

I'm told Crete has some good beaches. We used a place on Kefalonia in 2019 but with the pandemic and some serious storm damage it had to close down. It was beautiful, up in the hills, great food, drink, secluded and only a few rooms.

Enjoy - wherever you find best to go.

if you go to Narbonne or Gruissan Plage, no-one gives a damn what you do - swimwear or not
