Is Killing Kittens only for gym bunnies?

Just as the title suggests really!

Neither my wife, or I, are gym fit and we're also into our late 40's. Does this automatically count us out?

If you know someone who's been, or have been yourselves, it would be great to know if you've seen singles or couples who're more BBW/Dadbod at a KK event.

Thanks 😀

It was certainly a long long time ago when i went with a partner but no definitely not. In fact I think we commented on how wanky it was of them to market themselves as a place for beautiful people when everyone was perfectly average!

I doubt its changed so go and have fun

Thanks

We aren’t ready to take the plunge, only playing with possibilities.

having seen a few things on channel 4, swingers clubs have been made out to seem very seedy and almost comical - more like a two star b&b than a sensual experience, that’s why kk seemed attractive

any experiences of more high end lifestyle venues?
we’re in the north west

Nooooo...! I'm 49 and absolutely not a gym bunny but have had a fabulous time on KK over the past few years. There's all different shapes, sizes and ages.

They pitch it as "exclusive" and it's certainly aimed at the white, middle-class demographic. But it's certainly not full of models.

I'd suggest you set up a couples account, jump on the group chats and start exploring. Don't use it as a dating app to search profiles. There's far too many to wade through. Get to know others in the community and you'll get recommendations of people who are decent, fun human beings. We've got a core friendship group of about 20 people now who DP and I meet from time to time. Sometimes it's just dinner and a natter, sometimes it's more. We're all on a journey and learning from each other.

Agree with PinotPony, not gym bunnies only at all! My husband and I are not at all gym bods and have had amazing times at socials, parties and meeting people through the app. All shapes and sizes welcome and accepted.

Thanks @PinotPony and @AHobbyaweek that really does she’d a new light on this.

I’ve had a quick look and there’s a virtual meet coming up, anyone tried these?

I did a few virtual socials during lockdown which were good fun. They usually had a KOM on there with some ice breakers or questions to keep the conversation flowing.

The online workshops are worth checking out too if you're not ready to venture out irl.

Interesting, I didn’t spot those however I’ll check them out
