My DH has been struggling with premature ejaculation for a while now, despite trying various methods to help. Nothing has really worked and now the doctor has offered him Priligy (an SSRI) that he has assured should definitely help and slow him down. He is definitely willing to try it and I'm just enquiring if anyone or their partners have used this before with success, or not.
