I am an older than average female virgin, never even had a boyfriend, been kissed etc. You think it'll happen, it doesn't and all of a sudden it's a huge deal and you can't get past it. I always believed that sex, especially first-time sex, should be somewhat special. That may be an outdated theory these days but it's ingrained in me now.

I would like to start exploring relationships but my lack of experience is putting me off - and I assume would put men off too. I know you're going to say, noone needs to know but I'm pretty sure it would be painfully obvious.

Part of me is considering using an escort or similar service to show me the ropes. I know I might be able to find a guy at a club but I don't want that. I don't want someone who is just out to get laid but if I start dating someone I'll have to explain (and I will) and I'll probably catch feelings way too quickly. Again, my post was fuck all to do with OPs situation, and everything to do with your comment that men are judged more harshly here. Again, most posters are fair, and a woman, for example, having an affair gets just as much disgust here as a man does, by the vast majority of posters.

The previous thread, if it’s the one I’m thinking of, was total bollocks and people realised that so the answers were often not even serious. A lot of posters were not saying red flag at all and those that were, it was also because of other reasons that the OP detailed. We’re not allowed to make this a TAAT so I can’t mention what those things were. It got removed which speaks for itself.

Of course there’s no issue with OP being a virgin other than pervy men will fetishise it. With the right man, this won’t be an issue at all. The sex board is a bad choice for a post like this as it will attract some questionable responses, as it has.

Men are fairly judged by their behaviour. If you don’t like that, there’s plenty of sites where women’s voices are drowned by vocal men that want to tell everyone how unfair life is to them. Total bs but still, they like to believe it.

I’m just saying it how it is. Men are rightly judged by their behaviour. There’s no contradiction. Some men do fetishise things like this and they should be judged for it. OP should know that and be cautious.
