Just that really. Very newly single after many years of sexless marriage. Certainly not ready for a long term committed relationship but just need ‘a good seeing to really’.

I have a friend that uses PoF when it suits her. She's quite clear about what she wants, some pleasant evenings out, someone to go to gigs with, sometimes sex but definitely not commitment.
Seems to work well for her, she's spoilt for choice and selective

Simplest route would simply be free app such as Bumble or Tinder (I prefer Bumble).

In the place where you say what you're looking for, put 'Let's see what happens' or equivalent. Then you can discuss FWB possibilities with people you meet, if you feel they might fit the bill. I'd avoid putting 'something casual', as for most men that implies ONS (ie B without F).

I was in a similar situation - thought I'd date a bit, and was taking it slowly and chatting to various blokes. Then when I liked someone enough to get over the fear and actually meet him, turned out we ended up really liking each other, so then I did eventually stop talking to other men. So it hasn't quite gone to plan 😁 and I really didn't think I was ready for another relationship (well, I'm still not sure I am) but I'm having a great time 😀

POF, bumble, a new site I stumbled across recently, "desperate dating", might be a possibility. If you populate your intro with "up for fun", "Lets see what happens", and " no labels required", most guys will probly get the message. Be discerning and careful, but try and have good fun!
