I don't know if it's a fetish as such or even much out of the norm but I mentioned something on a thread very recently about how arousing I found it when I saw a random guy checking out DW when she was sunbathing nude at the naturist end of a French beach a few years ago. I was just walking back up from a swim in the sea and I saw him walking towards her. The idea of DW doing something similar I sometimes find hugely erotic, especially in a beautiful rustic French setting like that. A real fetish is an interest in a non-sexual part of the body without which one cannot function sexually. So a man who has a foot fetish isn't going to be able to have an erection unless his fetish is being accommodated.
