A hairy question - beards and sex!

Every so often I grow a beard just for a change. It typically stays no more than a couple of months and then I shave it off. MW is a bit "meh" about it, thinks it makes me look older (and not in a good way!) but generally doesn't mind one way or the other.

The last time I had one however she commented that my beard (when it was a bit longer and got beyond the scratchy stubble stage) did give her additional interesting sensations when I gave her oral sex. Which got me thinking about beards and what women in general thought: as far as sex is concerned, are they a help or a hindrance? And lots of men seem to have beards these days. Is there any connection?!

They certainly can tickle or worse.

l would suggest always use shampoo and conditioner on your beard when you shower.

A proper beard is good. Stubble/ few weeks' growth is not.

I hate beards. They have a smell.

I didnt have a beard when we first met, but grew one about 7-8 years ago. Last time I shaved my beard off, DW didnt talk to me for a week. She has forbidden me from shaving it off again (lightheartedly, I am not being oppressed!). It is washed several times a week, oiled and clean.

A well maintained beard can add delicious sensations to delicate areas of skin, like my neck, inner thighs etc

I find beards very unattractive, so fortunately have no experience of oral sex with a bearded man!

My bf has a bit of a prickly stubble, it gives me a sore chin as we like to snog a lot. I’ve had so little oral in my previous relationships I couldn’t remember if he feels different (he loves giving me oral) to previous clean shaven bf’s and we have only been together a couple of months so he’s not been clean shaved yet. I’d say it probably does make it feel a bit nicer. Depends how sensitive she is, I love oral, I find it mega intense at the moment as I’ve not had any for years and years but I’m getting used to it. So I think a bit of stubble there will make it feel even more sensitive

Lots of moisturiser on it helps too I’ve noticed

haha I don’t blame you. That will be my moto from now on too. Too many women give oral but don’t receive. In my new relationship I’m definitely receiving more so far but he loves doing it and well I’m not complaining! I’m sure we will even it up though, it was fairly even last time I saw him!

I am very turned off by beards stubble moustaches etc. Let alone going down on me.

Oh I bloody love my DPs beard. I can't imagine him without it. It feels incredible when he kisses any bit of me, just delicious. And yes, it definitely adds an element to oral that is highly enjoyable!

Beard = good sensations in sensitive areas. Tickle and extra sensation.., very nice!
