Loose vagina , can’t even hold cones!!

Hi everyone, so I’ve noticed my vagina to be quite loose recently. I bought some weighted cones that you insert and have to hold in, i started off with the smallest weight. Once I inserted it and stood up, IT FELL OUT🫣🫣 I can’t even hold it in!!!! I’m so embarassed!!!! Is there anything I can do to help tighten things back up? I want to enjoy having sex again

Start with normal kegel exercises, you don't need weights etc. Three times every day, without fail.

Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles in. Hold for 5. Do 10 times every hour. I know you'll not remember, that's why it's every hour. If you're not sure where they are, they're the same muscles you use when stopping a wee mid flow.

After a week of doing above. Squeeze up twice, so a little squeeze, then a bigger squeeze, then release. Then try releasing it twice if you feel able to.

Then, after another week. Squeeze 3 times upwards. But then release 3 times downwards.

Hopefully After 3-4 weeks you should manage the cones. There should be two size cones ideally.

Download the NHS Squeezey app. Use it daily for 3 months.

If you're still concerned ask your gp to refer you to womens physio... they'll hook you up to play space invaders on their screen check your pelvic floor strength.

@B1rd @KvotheTheBloodless @PinotPony Thank you all for replying, I’ve set up the nhs Squeezy app and will do this without the cones for a while! I’ll let you all know how I get on in a few weeks If I can remember !🙂

I bought a pelvic floor trainer kegel8 ultra 20. I thought Ihad been doing kegels but this shows you exactly which muscles you need to recruit and even does it for you if you want

No need for fancy machines. Do 8 times twice daily. Hold in for 3 seconds and do 5 seconds apart. Use an old fashioned watch with a second hand.

You may need to build up so e.g. start 3 times twice a day etc.
