Men wearing thongs

What does anyone think about men or their male partner wearing thongs? My DH had mentioned it a number of times before that he would like to try them and bought himself a couple to try a few months ago. I didn't really think they would be his thing but he's surprised me and said he finds them comfortable and has been wearing them quite a lot since.

I like the look of them, just not sure if they should be for just bedroom wear or everyday wear.

I guess different aspects for different people

First of all, who cares what anyone wears tbh. There's women who wear male boy shorts for a start and women who definitely shouldn't wear thongs themselves. But go with what you want and feel comfortable in I say.
I wear briefs,shorts and Thongs for men, and thongs is better for support and don't bunch up so you don't have to keep adjusting yourself constantly.
I wear mens thongs as I have a varicocele, which you have constant dull ache in the stomach almost daily. Thongs for me have been a great help and support. Also the stigma surrounding men wearing thongs is so outdated.
I'm a straight man,long term relationship and I have a decent physique to. Just remember ,there was a time when PJs were only wore by men and boxer shorts ,and men didn't have man bags. World's evolving ,we all need to worry less about what someone else does or don't. Good on anyone who does wear what they want to ,man or woman, as long as its harming nobody, then carry on I'd say......

If so then I might have got the complete wrong end of the stick...cos I can't wear flip flops...they hurt my toes.

If they are comfortable for you or your DP then go for it..

@Rieslinger No, not Australian, originally UK now living in USA (so not flip flops). DH has been wearing them a while now and says wearing a thong is more comfortable for him and he prefers them.

They definitely aren't my cup of tea but if it works for him!

I wouldn't mind if my guy, or any guy, liked to wear a thong, it's up to them if they feel comfortable.

For me for the past 20 years it’s a thong or nothing

I'm a straight guy of almost 40, married with 3 kids, and I have been wearing thongs for about 10 years now. I was given a thong as a gag gift a few years before that, but it wasn't until later that I thought about wearing thongs as everyday underwear. At that point I had to do a lot of walking to and from my work (and running for trains), and boxers kept riding up. I ordered a few thongs, tried them out, and the problem was solved! I'm so glad that I had the courage to try out a thong despite the many negative connotations and the stigma. I now own more thongs than boxers and wear them for everyday underwear, both for the extra comfort compared to boxers, as well as the fun factor of wearing something considered a taboo by many. I'm blessed that my wife is supportive of me wearing what I feel comfortable in. It's a shame that by and large men can't dress in line with how they're feeling, but having found thongs has allowed me to do a little bit of that.
