Doggy style and air

I think I have a prolapse. I can no longer do doggy it’s like as soon as I tilt forward my vagina turns in to a big gaping hole. My other half can’t feel anything at all. This is really embarrassing. Can this be fixed ? Anyone had this issue? I’m so down I feel broken. I’ve been doing pelvic exercises forever. I have a 1 year old just want my life back. Who do I need to be referred too? I also fanny fart as soon as I sit up when everything falls back into place. So odd I’m only 26

I would contact your GP and they will refer you to the appropriate place.

Gosh I noticed the same air problem with this position, off to Google more signs of prolapse

I dont think that's prolapse, just general looseness after having kids unfortunately. Because now your vaginal entrance has been stretched, when you bend over or whatever it turns into a vacuum that fills up with air, kind of like a balloon. Can be fixed with surgery. Pelvic floor exercises wont help the perineum grow back

No I don't agree with LilacSky at all .You are feeling instinctively there is something not quite right and therefore please get it checked out. I am 'old' now at 65 (hey but still attractive) but have had 5 kids. I eventually divorced but I have to say doggies style within that relationship was never a problem. Sure you will get this sorted out.

I've had a grade 3 prolapse of both bladder and bowel which I had surgically repaired in 2020, and the vagina sucking in air was NOT a symptom of prolapse. How could a prolapsed bladder cause the vagina to fill with air? Only a stretched vaginal opening would cause that.

Have you had any other symptoms of prolapse OP?

It doesn’t matter what it is, if something isn’t right, speak to your doctor, a number of women experience all sorts of vaginal related problems after birth.

My cervix is very low confirmed by the gp. It’s like in that position everything moves back up
