Wide vagina

Hello. Sorry for the tmi! Since having my baby a year ago I think I have prolapse and a stretched vagina :( I can’t feel much during sex though my partner says it feels no different. It’s very lax. Can I ask if any one can tell me what’s normal I can easily fit 3 fingers in when lying down is this Unusally wide? I’m so self conscious :(

It depends on what your vagina was originally. Assume you previously couldn't put three fingers in?

I would suggest seeing your GP and getting checked over. Whilst I have friends who said they definitely felt larger after giving birth, I went back to how it felt before so I don't think there is a rule really. A prolapse if different though to just having been stretched and not fully returned

I think it's normal for it to be a bit looser. Mine never went back to how it was.

Anyone know if hula hooping is good for strengthening core ? And prolapse ?

Look up Kegel exercises. They are your friend.
