Have Any Ladies Tried Viagra?

I’m wanting to post 2 questions, it’s taken me a good while to gain the courage to ask here. I have NC, (hopefully….) and been here on MN a respectable time. The second question will be in another post.

I am female, of an age and wanting to ask if any ladies can share any experience of taking Viagra themselves?

I have 2 aged male friends, one approaching retirement and one retired who both humorously admit separately to me that they take Viagra as a hobby/leisure activity on their own/as a rainy afternoon activity. Both have individually suggested to me that I would benefit from trying one myself. They individually have no reason to coerce me, I am simply intrigued and presume it would have no effect (and hopefully no adverse effect)

I am not into drug experimentation in any way whatsoever, and also believe Viagra would not affect female desire as it’s more a cerebral thing. Hence why pharma can’t market it to us?

A handsome Turkish pharmacist did try to sell me some Viagra (when I went to buy rose oil!)…..but more seriously I did buy the Testogel - which in addition to HRT, does have some rather good effects in that way.

Anyway, I am intrigued, can I ask if any females have actually tried Viagra and have actually experienced anything helpful?

im not a woman, but Viagra is based on a PHT / angina drug, so you will probably get the flushing and palpitations effects of that I would imagine, not sure it would help with blood flow to the clitoris , 🤷🏼‍♂️

Guy here ( for reference) but Viagra is a heart issue drug as well as for ED.
I would be reluctant to mess with any drug tbh.

I forgot to mention, if you are unfortunate enough to end up in hospital with Pulmonary Hypertension you may well be prescribed Sildenafil (viagra ).

I have (the pink pills) and all it gave me was a migraine I’m afraid (I was 28 at the time).

I took one on accident once. I found it pretty miserable. Flushing, palpitations, increased blood flow to the clitoris to the point of discomfort

What exactly are you expecting to happen? Taking unprescribed medication with the associated side effects/risks what could possibly go wrong?

My female neighbour has a female dentist who admitted to taking half a viagra tablet regularly & says it makes her very lubricated & horny .

Gave me a headache and that's about all.

Partner takes 20mg 3 times a day for pulmonary hypertension.

No effect on horniness levels.
