@turnaroundtime yes pretty much like that picture, although I'm not athletic enough to have my legs up in the air like that I just wrap legs around the back. Gentle thrusting rather than power thrusting.
It's more a connection of souls position than a friction position, takes practice perhaps. I actually learned this one from a yoga teacher years ago!
