I find myself drawn to dark hair and dark eyes, also tall with some stubble.

When I used to go out regularly pre-children, I’m brunette and was generally chatted up more than my blonde friend. She always used to say ‘You always get the good-looking ones!’ But there will definitely be many men that are more attracted to blondes.

You were obviously the more attractive. Hair colour doesn't always come into it against other factors.
