Can't get past this worry

Hi everyone!
So, I gave birth 3 months ago and I am ready to get intimate again with do but we never make it so far as actually having sex, I freeze up during foreplay as I worry that things won't feel the same for either of ua, I had internal and external stitches when after giving birth, which have healed fine, all looks okay but I still can't stop worrying.
Dp has been amazing and really supportive about it saying things seem the same, from a foreplay point of view.
Has anyone else experienced this and what helped you get past that worry?

My wife had the same as you.

All good down there, lots of pleasure for both of us. She too worries she's not as tight down there but I don't notice any difference.

I say go for it and get back in the saddle!
