It is quite titillating in places.
Some of the plots and acting are dreadful, I was almost angry at the scenes where Brad was upset with his (step?) father about his childhood or whatever it was, mind bogglingly bad, it almost seemed like a personal insult to me, I'd expect far better at my kids' school play.
The shower scene obviously used prosthetics, unless you happen to believe in a very long (pun intended) series of coincidences, along the lines of:
1/ the production hired the services of an intimate prosthesis supplier for the breastfeeding but decided not to bother asking them to knock something up for the big reveal, and important plot point, in episode 3
2/ the male lead happened to be circumcised, perfect for American TV, despite being a Greco-Australian millennial.
3/ despite being roughly the same size as the female lead, said penis is never again visible after the shower shot, no hint of it bulging in clothing (as it surely would do) or flopping around in the many glimpses of partial nudity that you get in other scenes.
