I'm a regular poster but have name changed for this.
I've always had to hold my breath a bit and sort of bear down, pushing out my pelvic floor muscles (the opposite of kegels basically), in order to orgasm. It's just what my body seems to do naturally. Both sex and masturbation.
I want to 'unlearn' this because I can feel the strain on my pelvic muscles and abdominal muscles afterwards, and I really don't want to increase my risk of prolapse when I've already got rubbish core muscles.
I've tried not to but I feel inhibited. Don't feel like sex much cause of it.
Can't find much about this online. Anyone else relate?
