Last night hubby and I tried anal for the first time in about 20 years. It was a spur of the moment thing as I had asked him about his fantasies and that was the only one (!)

You don't have to do it though. It's not everyone's cup of tea. There are so many other ways to spice things up, that you shouldn't feel anal is your only option.

If you do want to do it again... for you not him... practice makes perfect. Take it slowly, make sure you're in a position where you control the pace and depth, breathe deeply, try to stay relaxed. Your natural reaction will be to clench and he needs to be patient and wait for that to pass before continuing.
