Zero interest since baby

My fiancé and I have always had a great sex life, including throughout my entire pregnancy.
But since having our daughter I'm just not interested.
Our baby is coming up for 8 months and I'm breastfeeding on demand. Plan is to self-wean when she's ready.
My fiancé is understanding but I know it bothers him.
Anyone else in a similar situation?

It’s the breastfeeding.

I have a high drive but that always crashes to 0 when breastfeeding (3 times).
When you’ve had a little person crawling all over you all day the last thing you want is to give your body to another person. Two words: Touched Out!
Plus the hormones make things drier. And just “meh”. Nature’s very clever after all. She wants you to be able to sustain the current offspring you’ve got before getting pregnant again.

Hang on in there OP, breastfeeding is a relatively short period of life. And a precious one at that.
Your sex life will return

@PowPurry Aw thank you so much for your reassurance. My middle child (now 10) weaned at 3 so only two or so years for him to wait ha ha ha!!
This my fiancé's first (and last!) baby and I've tried to reassure him it's due to the breastfeeding but I know he's worried I've gone off him or something like that.

Not always the BF. I have a high sexdrive and Ebf my 4DC. Everyone is different.
Just be kind to yourself OP. It will return. It's perfectly normal to feel it and to not feel it!
You know what is right for you. Don't feel any pressure.
