I use the nhs Squeezy app (it's more for in continence!) but I've found it very useful

Gives you tips on and reminds you through the day to do them. When to squeeze, when to relax

New partner commented that I'm quite tight 😳 which was unexpected! But not an unwelcome observation 😉

I started using Squeezy in March, kind of gave up a little in the summer, but trying to get back to using it more regularly

It cost £3, and yes you could prob just do something similar yourself (set 3x alarms daily) but I need the prompts!
