Sex when on period

Just that really, is it always a grim/ not nice experience for men? And how do you bring it up? I'm a grown woman and feel really embarrased about it when I know it's irrational, periods are a normal thing

It wouldn't be my cup of tea and my DW would definitely not be up for it however, that doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with it - it's just a personal view. Horses for courses and all that jazz.

Not on the two heavy days because I feel like crap but once it's light it's not a problem.my partner isn't bothered by a bit of blood and it seems to ease cramps and make my period finish quicker so it's a bonus.

Follow lalaletmeexplain she often talks about this, i think it may be in her highlights. Anyway she had a poll on this around 20 to 30k join the polls anyway around 70% have period sex and around 8% had oral sex during period. Periods are not gross or dirty. Its clean.
I dont have sex during periods because i personally do not want to and my vagina feels like its been punched during my period. But if you want it, ask.

I am a man and personally the smell and the blood puts me off, their are things that should be done and things that shouldn't be done, i believe it is a womans way of cleansing so dont interfere with that, mind you my wife does get horny while on sometimes but other times she is so fatigued and tired and has headaches.
