Lactating without a pregnancy for fetish

Has anyone been able to produce milk without a pregnancy? My partner has a bit of a fetish for it but I’m done having kids. I really want to make this happen for him.

Using an electric pump regularly may be sufficient. If not, then you'll need hormones.
This is needed, less fetish-y, for those adopting babies.
