An ex of mine could have sex at most twice a week for medical reasons. Sex was great and I don't need more often so I have no complaints about that. However, he was concerned so would offer to give me oral (go down on me, cunnilungus...) with no sex whenever I wanted. But for me it's not the same at all. I have no interest in received oral if there is not going to be any sex.
