Not at all - why would it hurt? Doesn't spoil the flow of things either . I only do it when I'm alone , if someone else is involved then it's a case of fire at will.

Foreskins can go forward as well as back.

My DH used to do this a lot, both when alone and when withdrawing, so that there was less cleanup. He's circumcised now though so can't anymore, which annoys him somewhat!

I once had a bf that did this. Well, not taking off the condom to cum, but he'd pull out and 'catch it' in that manner. I was on contraception and it was a well-established relationship.
