Periods have all the sudden changed??

Women please help !
Ever since my sex life started again I have been spotting between periods!
My periods have always been around the 4th of every month but the last period was 3-7th June a 5 day period which is normal for me but then I bled during sex on 21st June and my period has started again on 26th June and I'm now on day 8 of bleeding heavy?! My hormones are all over the place I literally cannot control them! I'm moody as fuck. I have never had a 23 day cycle ! Always been about 28days. Now I'm worrying there is something wrong with me!

• What is your age group?

• You mention when you started having sex again, how long was the gap?

• Are you using hormonal contraception? How long for?

• Has your contraception changed?

This happened to me. It was caused by the hrt I was taking. I was in my 50's at the time. Hope this helps you, but I would see a doctor if I were you.
