Is it ever too late to do pelvic floor exercises?

I will be blunt - have kids, haven't had sex in 10 years, have NEVER done a pelvic floor exercise in my life. Not sure what carnage has been wrought 'downstairs' but wondering if worth doing pelvic floor exercises, even at this stage? There is the potential of something happening for me after lockdown - yikes and yippee in equal measure!

It’s never too late. Do them.
Or you could end up needing these!

Never too late to start. NHS Squeezy app is your friend!

Second the NHS squeezy app, cost £3 but tbh I got sick of not making the loo (no kids either! 😳😳)

Basically it's just a reminder and timer, but I've seen improvement over the 10 days or so been using it?

It's never too late 😊 go and have some fun!

France spends a much higher percentage of their GDP than the UK; after birth a pelvic floor medical specialist works with you on your pelvics because it is considered so important. It leads to better sex and helps prevent incontinence.

Wishing you some lovely post lockdown sex. You have been too long without it.
