difference in sensation between vibrating bullet and Satisfyer/Womaniser?

If there is a difference can someone explain please?

For reference I have used (and love) a bullet.. But not a Satisfyer/Womaniser.

Thinking of getting one though.

I haven't got a satisfier but understand the difference is a bullet vibrates and can be used internally, whilst the Satisfier can't be used internally but uses like a pulse suction just on the clitoris and which is very intense. I’ve got a satisfyer and I don’t get the love. It certainly hasn’t put DH out of a job, so I wouldn’t worry on that score @cosmicbabe! You can build it up, it has low-high intensity settings (unless of course ‘low’ is your boiling point) but I find the head a PITA to position and the orgasms are a borderline between pleasure/pain. It was overhyped as far as I’m concerned and it just doesn’t work for what I like.
