Sex after baby

Any advice needed. I'm 27 and currently 8 month PP with my first baby. I had an awful labour and birth- 24 from first contraction to baby being born, pushed for 2 hours straight, ended in forceps delivery with huge blood loss.
At 2 weeks PP I began to realise just how much pain i was in down there, upon endless appointments to GP I had found out I have prolapsed, probably from pushing so much.
Now whenever I go poo, period or have sex I literally feel like my vagina is going to fall out. Surely I thought this problem would of fixed itself by now... I'm so upset about it, it's gotten to the point me and my partner have sex maybe once every 2 months because I've been so put off. Any help is much appreciated x

Hi @phoebebear I'm so sorry you are going through this.
Get back to your doctor (or maybe another one) at once. I haven't been through this, but a good friend did and she had surgical management of it which made a massive difference. Your doctor should be referring you.
I'm not sure how it all works, but do kegels and those egg things may help, a least one the interim.
It's not something unfixable and you deserve a loving and intimate sex life and to be happy with your body.
