I was idly wondering about sex the other day and I am remembered that some people seem to be able to deep throat. There was at least one girl at uni who claimed she could. Is anyone here able to do it and did you teach yourself somehow? I am talking about being able to give a blow job so deep your nose touches his stomach.

I have no idea if it's actually any good but I was just curious. It seems like a fun trick to have up your sleeve for the right situation.

topsecretlady, that is very well expressed. I have always been of the opinion that when you focus on your own pleasure we call sex 'masturbation'. I have always gone into any sexual encounter with my partner's pleasure as my goal, and when two (or more) people enter into things with that purpose in mind then we all end up having lots of fun.

If you want to do it take it slowly and breathe in and out deeply through your nose, if you don’t like your mouth being full of saliva occasionally pull off and swallow.

I can do it easily now but I used to find it easiest when laying on the bed with my head hanging off the end, I think it’s because the angle means the pressure is on your tongue rather than the top of your mouth/throat.

Yes, laying on your back with your head over the edge of the bed is a great angle for deep throating.

If I give a guy a hand job it's not directly to excite myself. If a guy goes down on me, likewise it's not directly to turn him on. But hopefully if you are in bed together you fancy each other so turning the other person on turns you on. So if I give someone a blow job, or even deep throat (if I knew how), it would turn me on because it turns him on. Isn't that normal?

Having said that, I don't like the sound of the deep throat position discussed here at all. I was hoping to be more in charge. Surely it's also possible with the guy standing up straight in front of you??

I've recently discovered deep throating (I'm 43 and in a very loving respectful relationship) and can come close to orgasm when doing it with my DP. I've found if I try and do it when he's laying on his back I gag but if I lay on my back and he basically fucks my mouth I don't gag. @Lilolily . Blokes taste different..depending on diet. You will have less of any taste if he cums at the back of your mouth or near throat assuming you don't gag and you swallow. I am not hugely experienced with different men now having been married a fair few years but I know my DH loves to see me have his cum in my mouth before I swallow. Only times now is if it has been a while and he is very aroused and there is simply to much so I keep swallowing .
